is the Contractor Assessment Program. PEC Premier Safety Programs available in-house or on-site. It is a compliance assistance program developed by many major and independent Oil & Gas
Companies world wide. There are several data base collection systems that the
General Contractors use to monitor contractor compliance with Occupational Safety and Health. Every contractor or sub-contractor working for a Producer must fully comply with the programs. This meaning,
that the contractor or sub-contractor must show verification of Safety, Health and Environmental programs and policies
that are pertinent to business tasks, show proof of employee training (all aspects i.e. documentation, attendance
records, tests, method and quality of training topics and the qualification of the trainer), and employee injury and illness
logs.

Basic—Safeland Orientation Course Length: 8 hours classroom. Fee: Call Class limit: 25
The PEC Basic Safeland Orientation
safety awareness course was designed to take the place of multiple Operator orientations and to give each student a general
idea of life and safety issues in the oil and gas industry, upstream, downstream, and onshore. This one-day program
meets (API RP 75 & API RP T-1), OSHA and MMS requirements and provides a basic understanding at an awareness level of
certain general safety information that an employee should know before entering a company facility and while performing their
assigned work duties. The course tuition includes the textbook, certificate of course completion and PEC picture

PEC Core Compliance Course - Length: 24 hours Fee:
Call Class limit: 25 The PEC Core Compliance program brings together the health, safety
and environmental training certifications (OSHA and MMS) most requested by oilfield operators and other host employers. PEC
Core Compliance is Safegulf and Safeland accredited and is accepted by every major and most mid-major operators in the
USA, Canada and Qatar. This in-depth training program will ensure your employees are compliant with your customers’,
OSHA and MMS safety training requirements. The course tuition includes the textbook, certificate of completion
and PEC picture ID certification card.
PEC Core Compliance Annual Refresher
Course - Length: 8 hours Fee: Call Class Limit: 25 This course
is an annual review and refresher of the 24-hour PEC Core Compliance Course. This refresher course
will provide a review of all subjects that were covered in the PEC Core Compliance Course. The course tuition includes
the textbook, certificate of completion, and PEC picture ID certification card. The PEC Core Compliance program brings together the health, safety and environmental training certifications
(OSHA and MMS) most requested by oilfield Operators and other host employers. PEC Core Compliance is accepted by every major
and most mid-major Operators in the USA, Canada, and Qatar. This in depth training program will ensure your employees are
compliant with your customers’ OSHA and MMS safety training requirements. Material presentation is structured to build
on common content in a high intensity three day format. The instructor led interactive training will certify you to certify
other personnel in PEC Core Compliance.
